“Alex is a super lad and an exciting driver, with a lot of potential. He will go far I'm sure. His dedication off track is quite something, and his work with CLIC Sargent is quite marvellous, for that, I applaud him for overcoming his own adversity"
Matt Bishop, Ex Chief Editor F1 Racing, Ex CCO at McLaren Racing,
CCO at Aston Martin Racing F1
In a long career of motorsport journalism, in which I've met literally hundreds of young racing drivers, I think it's fair to say that Alex Waters ranks among the most intelligent I've ever met. But, more than that, he's also determined and industrious, articulate and witty, entertaining and engaging. And he's quick. Anyone who's worked with him, or has examined his telemetry data carefully, knows that.

I have known Alex for several years. He is of impeccable character with great strength and kindness. He is driven by achieving his personal goals and career ambitions and should be complemented for overcoming any adversity that may prevent him from succeeding in life. He would be an asset to any team.
